    We sell printed silk scarves, solid silk scarves, silk scrunchies, silk fabrics in plain colors, silk fabrics in custom prints. We also work with some other natural fibers, such as cotton, linen. Silk velvet plain colors are also within our business scope.

  • QWhat is your MOQ?

    1-4 pieces for both custom printed silk scarf and solid colors silk scarf. 1 meter for both in-stock solid silk fabrics and custom printed silk fabric.

  • QWhat is the production lead time?

    4-8 days for printed silk or silk scarf sampling and 7-15 days for formal production.

  • QHow do you ship orders?

    We work with DHL, FeDex and UPS mostly. Air or sea shipping is also available when it comes to larger shipments.

  • QHow can I send the print files to you?

    You may send them by Wetransfer, Google drive or dropbox and send us the downloading link.

  • QWhat are the requirements for print files?

    Please send files in the formats of PSD, PDF, TIFF OR AI. In order to achieve optimal result, please make sure the resolution of the files will be between 200-300 dpi.

  • QHow can I pay for my order?

    We offer bank transfer, Paypal and Western Union. You may choose the most convenient one for you.

  • QWhat are the payment terms?

    We generally work with 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping. If you have any concerns with this, just feel free to contact us.
