Customized Silk Scarf Exchange & Return Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds (Standard Policy)

    Since the scarf is made based on your requirements (e.g., fabric type, weight, custom design and special sizing), it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on the seller’s part.

  • Exchanges Only for Defects or Mistakes

    If the scarf arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect customization, you may request an exchange or remake within 7–14 days after delivery. Proof (photos/video) of the issue is usually required. And we will cover the returning shipping for faulty items.

  • No Changes After Order Confirmation

    Once customization details (name, design, color, etc.) are confirmed and production begins, changes or cancellations are not allowed. Therefore, double check all customization details before ordering.
